Five Spice is a classic of Chinese cuisine: star anise, cloves, fennel, Chinese cinnamon and Sichuan pepper. Feuerwerk blends the five with chili, sesame and peanuts to create a spice mix that is warm, sweet, spicy and a little tingly all at once. Sprinkled over duck, pork belly or fried noodles, it instantly tastes like Chinatown. In a glass jar with a cork and bow, it also makes a lovely gift.

Warm and spicy with a hint of sweetness from star anise and cinnamon, chili heat, the tingle of Sichuan pepper, and a nutty note of sesame and peanut.
